1. What is Reppitt?

Reppitt provides software that helps businesses collect honest customer ratings and direct customers to public review profiles such as Google Business Profile, Trustpilot, and G2.

2. Account & Usage

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to use Reppitt for spam, harassment, or unlawful marketing activities.

3. Fair Reviews & Platform Terms

You agree to comply with all applicable laws (including FTC guidelines) and the terms of service of third-party platforms (Google, Trustpilot, G2).

Reppitt facilitates authentic feedback. You agree not to engage in deceptive practices, prohibited review-gating schemes, or artificial rating manipulation.

4. Customer Contacts & Consent

You represent that you have the necessary consent or lawful basis to contact each person whose email or phone number you upload to Reppitt for feedback requests.

5. Payments & Billing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Depending on the plan or package you choose, services may be billed on a recurring subscription basis or as one-time purchases. For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time through your billing settings before the next billing cycle begins.

6. Limitation of Liability

Reppitt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our service or actions taken by third-party platforms.
