• Customer Contacts: Names, emails, or phone numbers that you upload to send feedback invitations.
• Feedback Submissions: Star ratings and timestamp events submitted through review requests.

3. We Never Sell Your Data

Your customer lists belong exclusively to you. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share your customer contact data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4. How We Use Information

• To deliver review request invitations on your behalf.
• To provide analytics on response rates and review momentum in your dashboard.
• To process payments and maintain subscription billing via Stripe.
• To provide customer support and service updates.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to operate the service securely:

• Clerk: User authentication and identity verification.
• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management (we do not store raw credit card details).
• Cloud Database (PostgreSQL / Supabase): Encrypted database hosting.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request export or deletion of your account and customer contacts at any time by contacting us or deleting resources through your account settings.
